Fluoride

One of the ironies of chelation is that the substances that are the best chelators have an affinity for the substances they chelate so while the plant itself might actually be higher than average in the amount of mercury or fluoride it draws from the water and soil, it also seems to grab similar substances from the body so that overall excretion is greater than whatever is ingested. Researchers have been trying for years to find something capable of reducing the load of fluoride on the body. Many gave up since nothing seemed effective until they tested tamarind. This said, studies on dogs suggested the need to support kidney function when taking the dosages required for fluoride excretions.

Ayur DeCalc, 4 oz.

Exposure to fluoride has been pervasive. Even if one"s drinking water is not fluoridated, salt, and even milk, are often fluoridated. Of course, fluoride is also found in many dental and medical products, not just toothpaste but also bonding agents and even restoration materials. It is also used in food packaging so the odds of never having been exposed are quite low. Fluoride is poisonous, even at one part per million, it is toxic. It causes fluorosis and calcification, especially of the pineal gland but also in other parts of the body. The herbs in this formula have all exhibited the capacity to reduce calcification. Two of the herbs are tropical fruits: tamarind and haritaki, one of the ingredients in the famous Triphala formula. The third is chanca piedra, Spanish for "stone breaker". IBesides breaking up stones, it is hepatoprotective, something we need after exposure to toxins since the liver takes the brunt of toxicity. Use gradually over a period of two months, starting with very small doses and increasing if there are no signs of discomfort. It can be combined with our Tulsi Tea or Hibiscus Tea as well as Triphala.

Tamarind Extract, 2 oz.
Tamarindus indica

This extract was added with the intention of offering a remedy for intoxication, but it was soon learned that the fruit has countless additional benefits. Tamarind is originally from Africa but is grown throughout the Caribbean and Asia as well as on some Pacific Islands. The bulk of imports come from the Antilles.

Tamarind is used mainly to improve digestion but the mechanism whereby it achieves this power seems to imply that tamarind is anti-inflammatory and detoxifying, being used for such serious poisoning as that caused by ingesting datura. It restores sensation in certain kinds of paralysis. It is also used for gingivitis as well as to promote excretion of fluoride.
